Lendova is dedicated to protect the privacy of your information. We do not sell or share your information with third-party marketers. In fact, there is no need for you to opt-out of any information sharing because, unlike most financial institutions, we provide you with an opt-in option. This means that we will not share your information unless you explicitly tell us to. Although financial institutions, like ours, are legally allowed to share your information amongst themselves through a “joint marketing agreement,” we will not do so without your express consent.
We feel that the current laws are inadequate in protecting your privacy, so we have taken the liberty of providing you with more privacy protections than the law requires.
Please be aware that other websites that you may access through our site may collect personally identifiable information about you. Our policy does not cover those third party websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies prior to providing them with your personal information.
We are required, by law, to share your personal information with the service providers that assist us with the processes and functions of your loan. Service providers include, appraisers or title companies.
Throughout the loan process, it will be necessary to have open-lines of communication with you so that we are able to complete your transaction. We will also send you communications to assist you with your debt management or recommend loan products. You have the option to opt-out of these communications when you first open an account or anytime you receive an Lendova marketing email. This can be done by clicking the “unsubscribe” link. You will also be receiving communications from us to updates you on the status of your accounts and your loan status.
Your information is protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which supports at least 128-bit encryption. This prevents unauthorized parties from viewing any personal information transmitting to and from Lendova
Federal and state agencies require Lendova to provide aggregated demographic and loan funding information about our loan applicants. We maintain electronic and hardcopy loan application information for funded/closed/withdrawn/denied loans for a period of at least 3 years or longer in accordance with federal and state laws.
